Jamie is a highly respected Senior Human Resource Management professional, with over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources. He has held various HR Management and leadership roles working across several sectors: retail, catering, housing, logistics, construction and cosmetics.
He is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a Chartered Manager of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). He is ambitious, commercially focused and has a pragmatic approach to people management. His main areas of expertise include: value creation, employee relations, performance management, process improvement, talent management and change management.
He has held various workshops around the UK to help develop HR practitioners and is a regular commentator for case studies/quotes for the national media and professional bodies.
